This project comprised two high quality residential 6 and 4 bedroom units for sale. The site was subject to early demolition works. The construction of the buildings was of traditional masonry construction and included substantial earthworks and the introduction of several retaining walls to part of the site perimeter and within the site.

Cassian involvement commenced with the negotiation of the build contract including preparation of the Employer’s Requirements, agreeing the Design and Build contract. Cassian administered the contract through to completion as Employer’s Agent.

The project was completed in June 2020 after being delayed owing to Covid-19.
