Brief Description

Comprising a 60 unit extra care centre arranged over three storeys and a two storey primary care centre, Mill Rise was constructed by Mansell Construction in 2008 and 2009. Cassian were initially employed to undertake a project programme health check. This developed into providing monthly then weekly reports on programme status, particularly through the finishing stage of the project.
