Brief Description
Cassian were initially employed to prepare a schedule of condition in advance of a lease renewal, this scope was extended to undertake essential repair works to the envelope of the building in advance of entry into a new lease. The building is a Grade II listed building and was built in the early seventeenth century. It is first recorded as a pub in 1792 and remained so until 1956, when it was converted into offices and occupied by the current tenants.
