Brief Description

The scheme provides independent living accommodation of 178 one and two bedroom units including a wide range of communal facilities; restaurant, café, lounge, hairdressing salon and IT suite. The three and four storey development, arranged in three courtyards, was constructed of traditional masonry construction, achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and a BREEAM rating of Very Good. This was facilitated by the use of a CHP plant, PV panels and energy saving fittings.
