Brief Description

Phase 2a of Belgrade Plaza, Coventry, U.K. comprises concrete framed building shell housing a 109 bedroom budget hotel arranged over eight floors; 2,850 m2 of casino space arranged over two floors; ground floor retail and restaurant space arranged into four units, and 64 fully finished apartments. The project also included Section 278 road works to the adjacent Upper Well Street and the complete redevelopment of the public open space known as Belgrade Square. The design and construction was undertaken by the construction company G.W. Deeley Limited, the overall development being a joint venture between Oakmoor and Deeley Properties.
