Brief Description
Cassian were employed to prepare a schedule of dilapidations, negotiate with the outgoing tenant and monitor the repair works undertaken by the tenant as part of their lease exit. The building was built in 1484 by William of Wainfleet as Magdalen College School, tutoring local children prior to furthering their studies at the University of Oxford. It ceased to be a school in the 1960’s, from whence it became a library and museum. It is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and all repair works were undertaken with guidance and approval from English Heritage.
